Darren is Dir. of Facilities for Fort Wayne Community Schools for the past 6 years. He, and his wife, Stephanie. and three children have lived here for 18 years.

Judy Ramsey

Judy has been newsletter editor since January 2008 & on the board since March 2008. She & her husband, John, moved to Pine Valley in 2000.

Chris Pflieger

Vice president

Chris has been on the board  & managing the web site since 2015. Chris & his wife moved to Pine Valley in 2014. Chris is also the co-chair of the Northwest Area Partnership for fort Wayne HOAs.

Brad Lewis

Brad and his family moved to Pine Valley in 2019. In January 2020, he was elected as a Director on PVCAI’s Board. Since November 2021, Lewis has been PVCAI’s Social Media Chairperson, and from March 2020 to January 2024, he was on PVCAI’s Architectural Control Committee. In 2020, he was on PVCAI’s Playground Committee. Lewis works as a Program Manager for the City of Fort Wayne’s Right of Way Department. He and his wife, Danielle, have six children.

Jess Hopkins

Community Events

Jess was appointed to PVCAI’s Board of Directors in November 2020.  She has been employed in the financial world since 2007. Jess attended IPFW and then Indiana Wesleyan University to complete her Bachelors in Accounting and earned a Masters in Human Resources. Hopkins and her husband, Shane, have 2 children, three step-children and three dogs. Her family loves to travel and swim.

Nick Jarrell

Nick was appointed to PVCAI’s Board of Directors in May 2020, and since that time, Jarrell has been the Architectural Control Chairperson. Jarrell’s background is in civil engineering, and for the past 13 years, he has worked for the city. He is the Right-of-Way Manager for the Board of Public Works. He and his wife, Liz, have five children.

James Winger

James have been a resident since late 1999 and a father of 7 wonderful children and a fantastic loving wife.

Nancy Jiminez

For over 50 years, Nancyhas been a Pine Valley resident. She’s been on the Board for 16 years and has been on numerous committees including the Architectural Control Committee.  In addition, she is a master gardener and volunteer at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, and a member of Settlers, Inc.’s.

Nick Scheib

As a Civil Engineer, Nick works for a Civil Engineering firm that handles numerous site development projects for local schools, residential and commercial developers and municipalities. Nick and his wife co-chaired on the Playground Committee.
