What Sets Us Apart
Welcome to Pine Valley, the second largest addition in the Fort Wayne area. Our community was established in the early 1970s and became one of the most long-standing, prestigious additions in the northwest area today with 824 uniquely built homes.
Pine Valley sits in the hub of a growing community. Within a five mile radius, there are several shopping centers, drug stores, strip malls as well as the Allen County Public Library and several medical facilities including Parkview Hospital and Dupont Hospital. The Northwest Allen County School district has become one of the most popular school districts in the Fort Wayne area.
Every year, the Pine Valley Community Association (PVCAI) holds an annual meeting in January which is open to all the residents in Pine Valley. This is a great opportunity to meet the PVCAI Officers and Board of Directors as well as other homeowners and to learn more about the business side of our corporate operation. We are very proud of our community and feel honored to call Pine Valley our home.
